Citrus Lavender Martini

1 wedge fresh orange, peeled
1 fresh lavender flower head (or 5 - 6 dried lavender buds)
1 1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Sweet & Sour mix
1 tablespoon honey
1 single-serving packet of raw sugar

Rim martini glass with honey and dip rim in raw sugar. Muddle orange wedge and lavender at the base of the shaker (or a mixer). Add vodka, Cointreau and sweet and sour mix over ice in the shaker. Shake well and strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a curl of orange peel or a fresh lavender flower, if desired.
